Job summary

Seneca Gaming and Entertainment seeks an Income Audit Manager to supervise audit operations across Irving, Salamanca, and Oil Spring properties. You will ensure accurate daily revenue audits, prepare journal entries, and support accounting records in a fast-paced tribal gaming environment.

You will lead staff, enforce internal controls, and maintain regulatory compliance, including Title 31. Regular travel to all locations is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; or eight years of equivalent experience.
• Five years of financial management or supervisory experience in a Class II casino.
• Five years of accounting, auditing, or related financial experience; Class II gaming experience preferred.
• Knowledge of internal controls and casino tax requirements preferred.
• Proficiency with Title 31 compliance.
• Experience with common casino accounting software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Review casino accounting records and report deviations from regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to draft and monitor policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily and monthly property revenue reports.
• Reconcile revenue and related GL accounts monthly.
• Prepare journal entries for daily gaming and non-gaming transactions.
• Guide staff to identify and resolve audit discrepancies.
• Schedule and assign Income Audit staff duties.
• Train and evaluate staff; manage attendance and timekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with IT and data security policies.
