Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Incident Response Engineer to join the Cyber Investigation, Response & Automation Team. You will monitor tools and systems defending ServiceNow's production and regulated environment, lead incident responses, and produce comprehensive post-incident and forensic reports.

The role requires 7 to 10+ years of related experience with deep SOC/IR knowledge and extensive expertise in incident response, forensics, threat hunting, and threat intelligence.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of related experience.
• Deep understanding of SOC and incident response protocols.
• Extensive experience in incident response, digital forensics, threat hunting, and threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tools and systems defending production and regulated environments.
• Lead response to incidents affecting customers, track to closure, and produce post-incident reports, forensic reports, and remediation plans.
• Build and maintain incident response playbooks, handbooks, and cybersecurity standards.
