Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Variable Compensation Manager to lead the Total Rewards function’s incentive programs. You will design, model and operate traditional and non-traditional plans, partnering with Finance, RevOps and senior leaders to align with budget and market data.

You’ll own end-to-end governance, ensure plan accuracy, and deliver data-driven insights that attract and retain top talent in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience in startups and tech companies.
• End-to-end ownership of incentive programs including design, modeling and administration.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
• Forecasting and advanced modeling capabilities.
• Strong ability to build dashboards and synthesize insights for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and govern traditional and non-traditional incentive programs.
• Lead end-to-end plan administration, calculations, validation and payout execution.
• Ensure plan documentation and compliance for all employees on variable plans.
• Analyze program performance, costs and outcomes; surface leadership recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and RevOps on forecasting and budgets.
• Build and maintain compensation dashboards with HRIS/People Analytics.
