Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Senior Variable Compensation Manager to drive strategic and operational support across our variable compensation programs. You will lead design and governance of incentive plans, ensure accuracy and compliance, and partner with Finance, RevOps, and HR to forecast, accrue, and budget incentives.

The role focuses on building reliable dashboards and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years of compensation experience, with startup and large tech company exposure.
Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
Autonomy in managing multiple incentive programs and projects.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, design, and improvement of incentive programs (traditional and non-traditional).
Administer incentive programs end-to-end including planning, modeling, validation, and payouts.
Ensure plan documentation is signed and compliant across employees.
Analyze program cost, effectiveness, and leadership-aligned recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and RevOps for forecasting, accruals, and budget management.
Build and maintain compensation dashboards with HRIS/People Analytics.
