Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Variable Compensation Manager to drive strategic and operational support for Crusoe’s variable compensation programs. You will partner with senior leaders to design data-driven solutions to attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes model-driven insights, governance of plans, and collaboration with Finance, HRIS and RevOps to forecast budgets and ensure plan accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience, including startup and large tech environments.
• End-to-end ownership of incentive programs including design, modeling, and administration.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
• Modeling/forecasting experience is highly valued.
• Deep knowledge of incentive-based compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategy, design, implementation and ongoing improvement of incentive programs.
• Lead end-to-end administration, governance, and payout execution.
• Ensure plan documentation and compliance for all employees on variable plans.
• Develop market research and cost modeling to design competitive programs.
• Build compensation dashboards and analytics in partnership with HR/Finance/RevOps.
