Job summary
Deep Genomics in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join our in vivo Pharmacology team within Platform Biology. You will drive support for in vivo therapeutic efficacy testing of RNA therapeutics across animal models.
The ideal candidate has hands-on rodent handling, tissue collection, and molecular biology experience, plus familiarity with RNA-based modalities. This onsite role offers a fast-paced biotech environment and opportunities to advance our AI-driven drug discovery
Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacology/Biology etc with 2-4+ years of relevant experience; MS with 1-2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate study logistics: dosing schedules, sample collection plans, reagent prep, and partner communication.
- Manage in vivo samples and prepare for downstream analysis.
- Perform standard molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, Western blot, Jess/Leo).
- Support development of novel molecular and functional assays on animal samples for internal pipeline.
- Analyze, visualize, and summarize data with ELN documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals.
