Abiologics, Inc is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join the Pharmacology team in Watertown, MA. You will execute rodent in vivo studies, coordinate with CROs, and contribute to in vitro and ex‑vivo assays to advance the SynteinsTM platform.

The role requires strong molecular biology skills, histology experience, and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Biology or related discipline with 5–7 years of relevant research experience, or MS with 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
• Independent experience with rodent in vivo dosing and handling techniques across multiple routes (PO, IP, IV, SC).
• Experience in tissue dissection and preparation for RNA, protein analysis, and histology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in vivo (mouse) studies to characterize pharmacokinetics and biodistribution of SynteinsTM with increasing ownership of study design.
• Dose mice and process blood and tissues; ensure welfare and IACUC compliance.
• Coordinate with CROs to support external in vivo studies and sample handling.
• Perform ELISA, Western blot, qPCR, cell-based assays, and histology-related tasks.
• Document and present study results in ELN and cross‑functional meetings.
