Responsibilities

• Represents insured and Company in defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits.
• Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
• Prepares and presents pre- and post-trial motions.
• Collaborates with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to resolve calendars.
• Advises business clients on day-to-day legal matters.
• Monitors laws and regulations; provides proactive counsel to business units.
