Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on laws and precedents; prepare summaries.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other documents.
• Interview clients and witnesses; maintain communication records.
• Attend hearings and depositions; may represent the company in routine matters.
• Monitor changes in laws and advise the legal team.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs.
