Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong credentials.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial retail/office real estate leasing, acquisition, disposition and development.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating retail and office leases, subleases, amendments, and termination agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and counsel to internal clients.
• Drafts and negotiates letters of intent, leases, purchase agreements, amendments, declarations, easements, and other real estate documentation.
• Reviews title and survey and due diligence.
