Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Approximately 5–10 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience negotiating commercial leases and other real estate documents.
• Background with a commercial real estate company, developer, REIT, owner/operator, national retailer, or leading law firm real estate practice preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business leaders.
