Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is seeking an exceptional attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The position requires relocation to the area and offers financial relocation assistance.

As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law risks, and represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will help win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with the evolving legal framework in the U.S. and abroad. Your level of responsibility will grow rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and lead high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas.
• Win multi‑million dollar disputes and minimize risk through proactive counseling.
• Forge relationships with vendors, industry collaborators, and ensure compliance with legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
