Publicis Re:Sources in New York seeks an experienced in-house attorney to support its legal team, primarily backing 160over90. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating a variety of marketing agreements and guiding business units on risk and compliance.

You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, operations, privacy experts, and client teams to advise on agency law, data privacy, IP, and production matters, while providing training and leadership when needed.

Competenze

• The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in New York or eligible for in-house registration.
• Minimum five years of attorney experience, preferably in-house or at a national/regional law firm.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and advisory capabilities across marketing and advertising matters.

Mansioni

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of marketing and related commercial agreements.
• Serve as main touchpoint for agency account teams and internal stakeholders.
• Review agency/advertising materials and programs for compliance and risk.
• Assist with litigation matters and dispute resolution as needed.
• Provide training on legal compliance and best practices to teams.
