Publicis Re:Sources, the shared services arm of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Senior Counsel to provide strategic, hands-on legal support to its advertising, creative and production agencies in Illinois or New York.

You will draft and negotiate client-agency contracts, review marketing materials for compliance, and educate management on legal issues impacting business decisions. A JD and 6+ years of experience with IL or NY license are required.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• 6+ years of relevant experience (with 2+ years at a law firm).
• Must be licensed to practice, and in good standing, in Illinois or New York.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice on marketing and advertising law.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts (client-agency, sponsorship, IP licenses).
• Review marketing materials for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct preliminary and full trademark searches.
• Educate and counsel management on legal issues affecting decisions.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to business teams.
• Standardize templates and guidance to improve efficiency.
