Epic Systems is seeking an experienced attorney to lead and oversee our litigation strategy and portfolio in a healthcare technology environment. You will work directly with Epic executives to set strategy and advise on matters with broad business impact.

You will manage a diverse litigation portfolio, Coordinate with top outside counsel, and drive day-to-day and big-picture litigation initiatives while aligning with Epic's risk and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• JD with regulatory, antitrust, or privacy litigation experience.
• Significant experience litigating large, complex cases with substantial discovery.
• Strong ownership and hands-on approach to day-to-day matters and strategy.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area required and fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

We are looking for an experienced attorney to help lead and oversee our litigation strategy and portfolio.

Epic operates at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and an evolving global regulatory landscape. The matters you lead will be complex, consequential, and often novel, with implications for our business, our customers, and the broader healthcare industry.

You will have significant ownership early on. You'll work directly with Epic executives and business leaders to set litigation strategy, advise on some of our most important matters, and help the company navigate risk. You'll manage a diverse litigation portfolio and partner with leading outside counsel while remaining closely involved in the substance and strategy of our matters.
