Job summary

Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Florida. You will support our growth as we expand offerings and enter new global markets, managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more.

You’ll steer multi-million dollar disputes, minimize risk, and represent the company in high-stakes proceedings. The role involves working on vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with evolving US and global legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation and regulatory matters.
• Experience drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, and handling trials.
• Strong communication, writing and analytical skills are essential.

Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you'll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.
