Job summary

Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in the United States. You will support growth, manage complex litigation, and counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare areas.

You will help handle multi-million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive guidance, and represent Epic in high-stakes proceedings. You will also work on building relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Qualifications

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus
• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and related risk areas.
• Handle multi-million dollar disputes and work to win them.
• Minimize risk through proactive counseling and strategic guidance.
• Represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings.

You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you'll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
