Highland Consulting Group is seeking an In-House Litigation Counsel to oversee all litigation matters for a leading construction organization in Baltimore, MD. The role encompasses commercial, construction, and administrative disputes with a emphasis on mediation and trial readiness.

You will draft construction-related agreements, coordinate with outside counsel, and lead settlement negotiations. Requires a J.D., Maryland license, and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years representing clients in commercial contracting or the construction industry.

Responsabilités

• Manage all litigation matters, including commercial, construction, and administrative claims (DEP, EHB, OSHA).
• Lead mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, draft construction-related agreements, and oversee outside counsel.
