The role emphasizes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, providing practical legal advice to senior business leaders, and thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years (5+ years) of strong Firm or In House training in Contracts Law and Compliance
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical, actionable legal advice
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with senior stakeholders
• Ability to sit in office five days a week in Northern Cincinnati
