Job summary

Skills Alliance seeks an Sr. IHCRA to support day-to-day clinical trial activities across trials, sites, and vendors. You will ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and protocols, while contributing to study documentation and timelines. You’ll work with CPD and CSTO to drive timely, compliant trial execution.

The role covers site activation, IP management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking, with mentoring for junior staff in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant clinical project or trial management experience.
• Experience with site management and vendor management activities (CROs, central labs).
• Experience with Trial Master File management and trial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trial delivery and operations in line with ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Assist with site activation, IP and clinical supplies management, and contracts.
• Maintain study timelines, data review and query processes, and documentation.
• Contribute to vendor coordination, budget tracking and invoicing reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable efficient trial execution.
• Onboard and guide junior team members as needed.
