Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assurance Experienced Senior in Rosemont, IL to coordinate day-to-day audit in-charge duties, supervise staff, and prepare financial statements with disclosures in accordance with GAAP. You will act as the primary client contact and participate in reviews and agreed-upon procedures.

The role requires 3+ years of audit experience, CPA eligibility, and strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC/PCAOB regulations, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of audit experience
• CPA eligibility to sit for exams upon starting employment
• Accounting/GAAP knowledge and strong communication
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day audit in-charge duties
• Plan, fieldwork, and wrap-up for audits
• Prepare financial statements with disclosures under GAAP
• Review workpapers and supervise staff
