Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an In-Building/Venue Project Manager to lead in-building/venue systems initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors. You will manage milestones, leases, regulatory and permits, and hand off projects to Construction, while maintaining data integrity and reporting to leadership.

Hybrid work arrangement with both home office days and assigned office days, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in site acquisition or related real estate/telecom processes is a plus.
• Strong data management and milestone tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project management for the In-Building program and Commnet program.
• Milestone tracking and data management.
• Performing lease due diligence.
• Representing Telecommunication in communications with landlords.
• Escalating issues to management with recommendations included.
• Managing Purchase Orders.
• Managing data integrity and supporting Tracker clean-up initiatives where needed.
• Coordinating internal team members and external vendors to ensure milestone delivery.
• Attend cross-functional meetings to present issues and progress to leadership.
