Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Magna, UT is seeking a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst to lead the Integrated Master Schedule across multiple programs. You will report to the Scheduling Manager and coordinate across functional and supplier teams, tailoring presentation content for leadership.

The role requires deep scheduling expertise, EVMS understanding, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders. This position may require 10% travel and a U.S. government Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) scheduling experience.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) practices knowledge.
• Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives and ensure integration.
• Implement scheduling best practices including DCMA 14-point, IPMDAR, EVMS, Critical Path Analysis.
• Provide weekly status, reporting, and present to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
