Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Senior Import/Export Coordinator to join our Export Excellence Service Center. You will craft and verify export document packages and ensure accuracy for USDA FSIS-regulated products across 75+ facilities nationwide.

In this role you will collaborate with federal agencies, train onsite teams, drive improvements through audits, and own customer service metrics. A minimum of 5 years in export with FSIS experience is required; PHIS proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in export industry, with 3+ focused on USDA/FSIS export certification.
• Proficiency with the export component of USDA's PHIS, including the 9060 application workflow.
• Knowledge of FSIS export guidance, policy, procedures, and directives.
• Experience working with FSIS Inspection Program Personnel, including CSI and PHV.
• Expert facilitator with sharp decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify export document packages (FSIS Form 9060-6 & 9060-5 & other supporting documentation) for products under the jurisdiction of USDA's FSIS.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance through daily reviews of export requirements (FSIS Export Library & APHIS animal health export restrictions).
• Drive process improvements through audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Train and support other Lineage personnel in export procedures and systems (like FSIS PHIS).
• Take ownership of customer service and performance metrics.

What You'll Tackle:

• Create and verify export document packages (FSIS Form 9060-6 & 9060-5 & other supporting documentation) for products under the jurisdiction of USDA's Food Safety & Inspection Service (FSIS)
• Ensure full regulatory compliance through daily reviews of export requirements (FSIS Export Library & APHIS animal health export restrictions)
• Drive process improvements through audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Train and support other Lineage personnel in export procedures and systems (like FSIS PHIS)
• Take ownership of customer service and performance metrics

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in the export industry, with 3+ focused on USDA/FSIS export certification
• Proficiency with the export component of USDA's Public Health Information System (PHIS), including experience with the 9060 application workflow.
• Knowledge of FSIS export guidance, policy, procedures, and directives.
• Experience working with FSIS Inspection Program Personnel, including Consumer Safety Inspectors (CSI) and Public Health Veterinarians (PHV)
• Expert facilitator with sharp decision-making skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
