Job summary

Lineage is seeking a role focused on creating and maintaining in-house production schedules while supporting multiple facilities with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. You will print and store department reports, manage inventory, and provide top-tier customer service across sites.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of systems support or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year systems support experience or equivalent technical training.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to work in temperatures in cold and dry storage areas while wearing PPE.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Job description

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and implement in-house production schedules
• Prepare daily reports and verify accurate printing and storage of department reports
• Maintain hardware and software equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers
• Maintain proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with internal audits by providing required information or reports

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-year systems support experience or equivalent technical training
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Abilityto work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$17.79 - $30.05
