Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Senior Import/Export Coordinator to strengthen our Export Excellence Service Center (EESC) and ensure accurate documentation for USDA-regulated exports across 75+ facilities nationwide. You’ll craft and verify FSIS documents, collaborate with federal agencies, and coach onsite teams to improve export standards, processes, and performance through training and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in export, with 3+ years in USDA/FSIS export certification.
• Proficient with PHIS 9060 application workflow.
• Knowledge of FSIS export guidance, policies, and directives.
• Experience with FSIS Inspection Program Personnel (CSI/PHV).
• Strong facilitation and decision-making in fast-paced, detail-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify FSIS export document packages (FSIS 9060-6, 9060-5, and related docs).
• Ensure regulatory compliance via daily reviews of FSIS requirements.
• Drive process improvements through audits and root-cause analysis.
• Train Lineage personnel in export procedures and systems (e.g., FSIS PHIS).
• Own customer service and performance metrics.
