Job summary

Rain is seeking a Senior Implementations Specialist to support both new and existing customers with Rain integrations and deployment. You will scope customer needs, manage end-to-end implementations, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure timely delivery and adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in implementations or onboarding and 1+ year in customer-facing roles, with strong project management skills and familiarity with JIRA, Hubspot, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience.
• 1+ year in a customer facing role managing stakeholders and timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once without compromising quality.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• General curiosity and desire to learn.
• Experience with HR tech (HCM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support external clients and internal teams in the implementation of Rain for both new and existing customers.
• Scope out customer needs to ensure Rain solves their problems.
• Proactively project manage the implementation end-to-end to meet timelines and goals.
• Configure and implement customers per best practices to drive adoption and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a timely, organized process and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback for enhancements.
• Assist in developing and documenting processes and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes to support Rain’s growth.

Job description

• Support external clients and internal teams in the implementation of Rain for both new and existing customers
• Properly scope out customer needs and requests during implementations to make sure our solution solves their existing problems
• Proactively project manage the implementation process end-to-end to achieve customers’ target timelines and goals, communicating to all stakeholders any changes or updates as needed
• Configure and implement customers in accordance with best practices to drive adoption and maximize revenue potential
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive a timely and well organized implementation process, escalating issues to various stakeholders as necessary
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements & needs
• Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices
• Proactively look for opportunities of improvement in existing processes to help support Rain’s overall growth
