Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Experience in transportation in a supply chain/distribution environment.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Excellent planning, client support, communication and organizational skills.
• Selected candidate must provide support in Summerville, SC and Monck Corner, SC.
• Must comply with GXO COVID safety policies and CDC, OSHA, and state and local requirements.
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementations.
• Oversee and lead change management initiatives.
• Provide continuing post-implementation support.
• Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Work with internal departments to develop documented implementation plans and schedules
• Assist with implementation and provide post-implementation feedback and support.
• Conduct scheduled progress reviews on current projects.
• Provide customer support management for internal and external clients using tools such as action item lists and progress reports.
• Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations.
• Ensure internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Act as a change agent to help implement, maintain, and improve organizational initiatives and solutions.
