Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced analytics implementation professional to translate client needs into actionable workflow specifications and deployment plans. You will guide technical integration, define project scope, and produce client-facing communications in collaboration with project management.

You will advise on how clients leverage FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions, test deployments, train users, and help expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven proficiency in writing complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions.
• Willingness to travel and work in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communications in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product functional and technical guidance based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and custom report specifications.
• Establish priority and direction for technical integration staff on client requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles and their industry application.
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities.
• Share emerging trends, successful practices, and areas for improvement.
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet's products.
• Provide user training and support development of training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with FactSet's Analytics tools
• Strong technical background
• Proven technical proficiency, particularly in writing complex screening codes
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
• Willingness to travel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
