Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Implementation lead to drive deployments of our Analytics products. You will partner with regional managers, develop client-facing communications, and establish project scope and plans.

Expect close collaboration with Product Development and Engineering, plus delivering user training and transitioning implementations to support teams. The ideal candidate brings deep FactSet Analytics knowledge, strong technical skills, and a proactive ownership mindset, with

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong knowledge of FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products (PA, SPAR, Portfolio Vault, Insight) and Analytics APIs.
Excellent technical background.
Proven proficiency in writing complex screening codes.
CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA or related certifications preferred.
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
Proactive with ownership and initiative.
Willingness to travel.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation efforts for a business line or product.

Provide functional and technical product guidance based on customer needs.

Develop comprehensive understanding of the Analytics suite’s technical aspects.
Implement new and enhance existing deployments.
Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and industry applications.
Identify growth strategies and uncover additional opportunities during implementations.
Share emerging trends, successes, and improvement areas.
Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance products.
Provide user training and support training program development.
Facilitate transition from implementation to support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Understanding of FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products, including PA, SPAR, Portfolio Vault & Insight, and Analytics APIs
Excellent technical background
Proven technical proficiency, particularly with writing complex screening codes
CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
Willingness to travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
