Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager – Electrical for on-site work in Richland, WA. You will provide technical support and governance for Enterprise Risk Projects, enabling project managers to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related field with 20+ years in a technical field; or
  • Associate’s degree in a related field with 22+ years in a technical field; or
  • High school diploma with 24+ years in a technical field; advanced degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and evaluation of business cases for strategic initiatives, projects, and investments.
  • Develop detailed financial models and forecasts, including ROI and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze impacts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support planning.
  • Analyze processes and metrics to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decisions.
  • Communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather input and align on business cases.
  • Build relationships to support implementation of initiatives.
  • Oversee execution of approved business cases and ensure outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and address risks or deviations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance methodologies.
  • Develop and refine templates, tools, and processes.
  • Develop KRIs and KPIs and produce trend analyses.
  • Perform additional analytics and benchmarking as needed.

ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Senior Implementation Manager – Electrical provides technical support services and, in some instances, direct oversight and governance for Electrical Enterprise Risk Projects. This role enables Project Managers to execute project deliverables safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget. This individual is recognized as a subject matter expert in their field, with strong hands‑on experience and a deep understanding of best practices and current code requirements. They apply their expertise to challenge and strengthen execution strategies, validate project readiness, and support successful delivery of projects and key deliverables that improve schedules, reduce costs, and mitigate or eliminate risks. This position works closely with the CPM Manager or RMM Manager and collaborates directly with Project Managers supporting Enterprise Risk projects. In outage‑critical scenarios, this role is instrumental in identifying opportunities to reduce critical path duration, optimize outage timelines, and proactively mitigate risks that could impact project execution.

This full-time position is located in Richland, WA.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of approved business cases, ensuring projects are delivered according to plan and achieve expected outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing risks or deviations from approved plans.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business analysis methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of business case templates, tools, and processes.
  • Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Produce business case performance reporting and trend analyses.
  • Perform additional analytics, benchmarking, and research as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university and 20 years of experience in a technical field; or
  • Associate’s degree (AA/AS) in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university and 22 years of experience in a technical field; or
  • High school diploma or GED and 24 years of experience in a technical field
  • An advanced degree in a related field or business may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience
  • Reactor Operator (RO) or Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license, or equivalent management certification required
  • Project management certification required
  • Expert panel interview (oral board)
  • Knowledge of error reduction strategies, human performance improvement methods, and cost-effective work execution methodologies
  • Experience managing complex projects, including online work management and refueling or forced outage activities
  • Advanced project management expertise within commercial nuclear power plants or similar facilities
