Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead the development, deployment, and testing of products with a strong focus on systems integration and data exchange resiliency. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements on time.

The role emphasizes client-facing coordination, documentation, and post-go-live support, with expectations for collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with several listed technologies (FTP/SFTP, Web Services, XML, PGP, MS SQL, JavaScript, Windows, AWS).
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in medical bill review, healthcare tech, or claims management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Statements of Work to align scope, products, services, and timelines.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation for requirements, design, deployment, and support.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, troubleshooting, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct support during the project lifecycle, including post-go-live stabilization.

Job Description

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will need a wide range of computer expertise, client-facing skills, and project coordination experience to lead the development, deployment, and testing of Enlyte products and services with a heavy focus on systems integration to facilitate data exchange with failover resiliency.
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of all stakeholders within established project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Statements of Work to gain cross functional alignment on scope related to products, services, and timeline expectations.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation related to requirements, design, deployment, and support.
• Support various project activities which include resource and timeline coordination, troubleshooting, tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct support during the project lifecycle which includes predefined post-go-live stabilization period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with several of the following technologies:
• FTP/SFTP
• Web Services
• XML
• PGP
• Microsoft SQL server query writing
• JavaScript programming
• Microsoft Windows client / server operating systems
• Amazon Workspace
• Amazon Cloud Technologies
• Demonstrated experience and success in the following areas:
• Proven success collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Strong technical analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Experience in medical bill review, healthcare technology, claims management, or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience working in a technical support, implementation, systems integration, or client-facing technology role is preferred.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
