Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience required.
• 4–7 years relevant work experience preferred; hands-on implementation in FMH/VEHR/VPM preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Veradigm solutions FMH, VEHR, and VPM; healthcare industry; implementation methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation workstreams independently across FMH, VEHR, and VPM per contracted scope.
• Perform system configuration tasks and provide configuration consultation across products.
• Provide onsite go-live support and hypercare coverage; manage client expectations throughout project life cycle.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to define product-specific needs and build trust with clients.
