Altium Limited, part of the Renesas group, seeks a Senior Implementation Engineer to guide customers through AES deployment post-sale from San Diego, CA. You’ll coordinate across Account Managers, Solution Architects, and SIEs to ensure successful adoption and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing roles within EDA, strong communication, and travel up to 30%. Altium offers a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration is required.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across large organizations.
• Experience with PCB ECAD tooling and library management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through AES implementation post-sale with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and SIEs to train and support customers.
• Apply product and industry knowledge to drive adoption and usage of AES.
• Act as post-sale contact for customers and coordinate issue resolution with Success and R&D.
• Escalate and manage blockers, coordinating with Sales, TAMs, R&D, and Support.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and R&D to resolve high-impact software issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote best practices to reduce churn.
