Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior IAM Lead in New Jersey to own end-to-end IAM deployments, perform architecture reviews, and guide production rollouts. You will work directly with enterprise customers and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize identity solutions.

Responsibilities include leading complex customer-facing deployments, shaping authentication workflows, and advancing Zero Trust and passwordless initiatives using Entra ID, SAML, OIDC, and PKI.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IAM, SSO, federation, or authentication implementation experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise identity platforms and security protocols.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer-facing technical deployments.
