Job summary

BuildOne Partners is seeking a Senior Vista Implementation Consultant to support contractors deploying and optimizing Trimble Viewpoint Vista as part of Construction One. This remote role requires translating business needs into scalable Vista configurations and leading cross-functional teams across accounting, project management, and IT.

You will conduct requirements workshops, manage data migrations, and deliver comprehensive training while aligning with client goals and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Trimble Viewpoint Vista or another construction ERP platform.
• Strong understanding of construction financial processes, job cost structures, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience supporting complex ERP implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, or system redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects for Vista customers.

• Configure workflows, security, custom fields, financial structures, and integrations based on customer requirements.

• Deliver in-depth functional training across departments and user groups.
• Recommend best practices for scaling construction ERP processes across a connected technology ecosystem.
• Work closely with customer IT teams on APIs, reporting, and integration management.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into practical, scalable system configurations.
• Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and customer needs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout each implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful adoption and long-term customer success.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Senior Vista Implementation Consultant, you will support contractors deploying and optimizing Trimble Viewpoint Vista as part of their broader Construction One strategy.

This role focuses on advanced system configuration, integrations, customizations, and process redesign for established contractors with complex operational and financial requirements. You will work across accounting, project management, field operations, executive leadership, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Vista solutions.

Work Environment & Additional Information

This position is based remotely within the United States. The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams through video conferencing, email, project management platforms, and onsite engagements as needed.

Travel may be required for customer implementations, training, meetings, or company events.

Compensation & Contract Terms

Anticipated consulting rate: $147 - $171.50 per hour, depending on experience, Vista expertise, project requirements, and scope of work.

Actual hours and duration will vary based on client demand and assigned engagements. Specific project scope, scheduling expectations, travel requirements, and other engagement terms will be established as part of the applicable consulting agreement.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, benefits, and other obligations associated with their independent business or contracting arrangement.
