Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Head of Immunology, Portfolio Manager to join a leading clinical research organization. This role provides strategic leadership across Immunology and Infectious Disease portfolios, guiding client partnerships, business growth, financial performance, and organizational excellence.

The Head will drive portfolio strategy, governance, forecasting, and resource planning while leading Directors and cross-functional teams in a high-performing therapeutic-area organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in clinical research
• 10+ years leading portfolio or project management
• Immunology focus; Infectious Disease preferred
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical trials, and ICH-GCP
