Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Head of Immunology, Portfolio Manager to join a leading clinical research organization supporting complex global clinical development programs.

You will oversee portfolio strategy across Immunology and Infectious Disease, drive client governance, financial performance, forecasting, resource planning, and lead senior-level relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical clients, building a high-performing therapeutic-area organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of clinical research experience.
• 10+ years in project or portfolio leadership.
• Immunology development expertise; Infectious Disease knowledge; ICH-GCP familiarity.
• Experience with CRO/biotech/pharma relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level strategic oversight of global Immunology and Infectious Disease programs.
• Lead portfolio strategy, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs across major accounts.
• Drive business development and client sponsorship with biotech/pharma clients.
• Develop Directors and cross-functional teams into a high-performing therapeutic-area organization.
