Qualifications

• Must qualify as General Supervisor, High Complexity Testing, under CLIA requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience with 2 years in immunohematology reference testing.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff, handling hiring and training.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, FDA, AABB, CAP, GMP/GLP.
• Support laboratory inspections and proficiency testing.
