Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/MLS/CLS/MT required
• OR; Science degree with BB technologist certification required
• 4-6 years of immunohematology reference lab or transfusion service experience required

Responsibilities

• Handle and process specimens with proper identification
• Perform serologic and molecular tests per SOP on study and clinical samples
• Interpret and report laboratory results accurately
• Maintain accurate records and perform quality control testing
• Provide on-call and overtime coverage as required
• Assist in training new personnel and developing SOPs
