Job summary
Moderna is seeking a Senior Research Associate for the Clinical Biomarker Laboratory (CBL) Immunoassay and Cell Based Assay group. The role focuses on development, validation, and implementation of cell-based, virus neutralization, and ligand-binding assays to characterize vaccine-induced immune responses.
The incumbent will independently execute assay development, qualification/validation, clinical sample testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and compliant documentation in a regulated
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and functional bioassays.
- Experience generating, reviewing, and documenting regulated bioanalytical data.
- Familiarity with ligand-binding and neutralization assay platforms.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review assay methods, protocols, and reports for regulated clinical bioanalysis.
- Analyze assay data, investigate variability, and support data interpretation.
- Perform clinical sample testing with strict chain-of-custody and data traceability.
- Execute ligand-binding assays and neutralization assays to support vaccine development.
