Moderna Inc. in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Senior Research Associate for Immuno-Oncology Research. You will execute in vitro and in vivo experiments to support early preclinical research, IND-enabling studies, and translational efforts, delivering high-quality data in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

The role requires hands-on bench work, expertise in cell culture, immunoassays, flow cytometry, and data presentation. This is a 100% onsite position within Moderna's collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Technical experience in cell transfection, long-term immune cell cultures, co-culture assays, multi-color flow cytometry and protein detection methods (MSD, ELISA).
• Experience with assay development, troubleshooting, and knowledge of qPCR or ddPCR is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Use Moderna’s mRNA products to demonstrate expression and characterize activity of immuno-oncology proteins in relevant systems.
• Gain knowledge of preclinical cancer models and toxicology models.
• Perform and/or support experiments and assays such as immune cell isolation, cell culture, ELISA/MSD, flow cytometry, and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic studies.
• Work collaboratively within a direct team and cross-functional team of scientists.
• Maintain an organized work area and electronic lab notebook.
• Analyze, visualize, and summarize experimental data for team meetings.
