Job summary

Qualifications

  • BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years in Immunology, Biology, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in immunology, cell culture, flow cytometry, and assay development.
  • Experience with primary immune cells, reporter, cytotoxicity, and cell engineering assays.
  • Familiarity with in vivo pharmacology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute in vitro cell-based assays using primary and engineered mammalian cells for target validation and candidate characterization.
  • Perform mammalian cell culture, gene editing, and primary immune cell isolation.
  • Conduct functional assays such as reporter, proliferation, and cytotoxicity tests.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and support in vivo pharmacology studies, including preclinical mouse models.
