Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years clinical research experience including at least 1 year in PM.
• Broad protocol/therapeutic knowledge; can articulate IQVIA value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership with decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem solving, planning, organization and prioritization.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic budgeting/forecasting.
• Understanding of project financials and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations and lead small regional study pitches.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core team.
• Lead planning and execution of regional studies to optimize speed and cost.
• Serve as (backup) client contact and foster strong relationships.
• Build and guide cross-functional project teams, ensuring milestones.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to ICH GCP and regulatory standards.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
• Vendor management when assigned.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement culture.
