• Drive awareness, consideration, appointment conversion, and repeat vaccination behavior.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and in-store channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, CRM, Analytics, Creative, Product, and Finance.
• Develop executive dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture with A/B testing and optimization.
