Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Immunizations Marketing to lead integrated strategies across CVS Pharmacy's immunization portfolio, driving awareness, consideration, and appointment conversion.

You will collaborate with Digital, CRM, Media, Creative, Analytics, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver programs that grow immunization uptake and strengthen CVS Health's leadership in preventive care.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience in strategic marketing, integrated marketing, growth marketing, healthcare marketing, retail marketing, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading large-scale integrated marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong experience working with performance measurement, marketing analytics, consumer insights, and market research.
• Experience leveraging Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams within highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing agency relationships and creative development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of consumer-centric, integrated marketing strategies across the immunization portfolio to drive awareness and conversion.
• Operate cross-functionally to bring new immunization offerings to market with measurable impact.
• Develop campaigns across paid, owned, earned and in-store channels and optimize performance.
• Lead agency partners and provide strategic direction aligned with brand and objectives.
