Fragomen invites a Senior Associate to join its immigration practice. You will oversee a portfolio of high-profile clients, manage immigration projects end to end, and lead a team to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Bar membership in US State or DC required.
• 8+ years of Associate-level experience.
• Expert in immigration law.
• Team management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Dedication to exceptional client service.
• Attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of high-profile clients and manage risk.
• Manage projects and immigration cases end to end, taking the lead on major client issues.
• Allocate resources and responsibilities to ensure successful completion of projects, monitoring and measuring performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen relationships with clients within the team, office, regionally and globally.
• Anticipate market and regulatory changes and provide market intelligence to team and clients as a technical expert.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization of processes, products, or services.
• Proactively identify and participate in business development opportunities and develop significant new business.
• Manage or collaborate on pitch meetings, RFPs, etc., with preparation and debrief meetings.
• Provide team-wide leadership and mentoring/coaching of Associates and staff.
