CIBTvisas, Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our growing immigration law firm as we expand. You will manage complex employment-based immigration matters, help build scalable processes, and support client growth in a startup-minded environment.

As a key early member, you will help establish operational best practices, implement case management tech, and mentor junior team members while ensuring top-notch client service and compliance with USCIS and DOL

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of U.S. business immigration experience within a law firm, corporate immigration practice, or startup legal environment.
• Extensive experience preparing employment-based immigration petitions and filings.
• Familiarity with legal technology and workflow automation tools (INSZoom).
• Strong knowledge of USCIS, Department of Labor, and consular processes.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration matters from initiation through completion.
• Prepare and file a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, E-2, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, EB-1, NIW.
• Draft petitions, support letters, forms, exhibits, and government filings.
• Coordinate with clients to gather documentation and manage case timelines.
• Monitor filing deadlines and proactively manage case progression.
