Job summary

Duke Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Imaging Operations Supervisor to manage clinical operations within the Imaging Department, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with physicians and hospital leadership.

Responsibilities include departmental program development, budget oversight, and ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• ARRT, ARDMS or NMTCB registry/certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of assigned imaging areas and staff.
• Develop, implement, and enforce departmental programs, policies and procedures; ensure documentation for safety, infection control and regulatory standards.
• Direct facilities, equipment, supplies and materials to ensure safe, efficient patient services.
• Market and promote Imaging services; coordinate with referring physicians and hospital leadership.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve patient and staff issues and improve imaging procedures.
