Job summary

Longview Regional Medical Center in Longview, TX, seeks a Diagnostic Radiology Lead Technologist on a full-time Days shift. The role coordinates imaging operations, oversees staff, and ensures high-quality, compliant imaging services across modalities.

Working with the Imaging Director and leadership, you will manage staffing, adherence to protocols, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining patient-centered care and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of diagnostic imaging experience.
• Leadership or lead-level experience preferred.
• ARRT certification and state licensure required; BCLS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily imaging department operations and staffing.
• Serves as technical resource on protocols and equipment use.
• Monitors PACS functionality and image records for accuracy.
• Supports onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assists with scheduling, timecards, and attendance policies.
• Collaborates with Imaging Director on productivity and quality metrics.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains documentation.
